Shipping & Returns Policy

We dispatch all comics promptly and package them securely to prevent damage in transit. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50, and we offer tracked options for extra peace of mind. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

If you change your mind or the item is not as described, UK consumer law gives you a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day after you receive your order. To start a return, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Returned comics must be in the same condition you received them and include all original packaging; this doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Once we receive the returned item or proof of postage, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. We refund the full purchase price plus the standard delivery cost; if you chose an upgraded shipping option, we only refund the standard amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a refund, replacement or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Some items, such as personalised or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health reasons, may be exempt.
